This looks hopeful!

Vote over at TWC and you can see a panel from Wednesday's page :D Welp, this isn't what most people were probably expecting, but I hope ya'll like being sad for awhile! But hey, you know this is a flashback, and you know where we're at now, so there is hope! I think at this point, I'm literally writing this comic based on fixing tropes that piss me off, and hey, what better trope to undermine than "kill your lesbians"? I'm gonna save every lesbian. Also, check out Marisa's very 2000's hair :). I kind of hated it when I was experimenting with hair options that look like they would have morphed into her current style, but then I realized that if I'm going back about five years, then of course I'd probably hate her hair because it's outdated? And at some point, she became so dedicated to pink hair that she even dyed her eyebrows, so problem solved in the current timeline, I guess. I chose a primary glioblastoma (before John McCain's diagnosis, but how weirdly relevant?) because they are really hard to treat with...anything, and can pop up for any reason at any age. Live in fear! Not fun fact, my dad died of a brain tumor, so I'm also fairly familiar with this scenario. This comic is basically my life, remixed out of order, split amongst many characters, with werewolves added for fun. I think that's how you're supposed to write stuff? IDK, it seems to be working. I'm still trying to work out how I want to segue this chapter into the next chapter. Hm. I thought I had a solid plan, then I started shifting things around a bit in my head, and now I think I've made more work for myself. Everything turns out better once I pull it apart and reexamine it, so I'm not worried, but I had some gay shit I wanted to add into the next chapter that might have to be pushed back a little. Damn! But we'll all be better for it. I would say that the next chapter will be shorter, but I am a god damn liar, so don't believe me. I'll find some way to make it like, 80+ pages long again. HMMM.
