Mal's dad is just me every time I've toured a house with one of my friends who's looking to buy something. I can't help but point out the potential while also pointing out all the work that'll need to be done and how much everything will cost lol. There are a lot of these big, long studio apartments in the older buildings in my area, and some of them get broken up into smaller apartments, but some of them are left to be this long ass empty space. Both are kind of cool options, I think.
